Our mustard journey began in a pop-up kitchen in Toronto's Little Italy in 2008. Back then we just made one mustard. It looked and tasted a lot like this one: Caplansky's Deli Old Fashioned Mustard. It imparts a flavour the Japanese call "umami". We promise you've never tasted anything like it.
