Peppa Sauce

The original Trini-dad hot sauce.  Made with fresh scotch bonnet peppers, and rounded out with herbs and veggies.  We put flavour first, heat second - but a close second!

Ingredients: Scotch bonnet peppers, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, celery, red bell pepper, culantro, cilantro, salt.
