Starting with the peppers - Thai, jalapeno and cherry bombs, we a added mangos, carrots, onions, cilantro, lime, Thai basil and fish sauce to create a bright and refreshing sauce to use with your stir fries, noodles or lentils. In order to get the right flavour, this sauce is not vegan, due to the presence of the fish sauce.
