ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE:
In spring of 2018, the team traveled down to Dominican and were lucky enough to come back with cacao from 3 different regions, all expressing their own unique flavours. This one in particular is a winner. It's flavour is approachable, yet unique. It's one you plan to enjoy over a few nights, but disappears shortly after being opened!

TASTES LIKE:
We love this chocolate because it is well balanced, with classic caramel and fruity flavours. It delivers an approachable single origin chocolate experience, enjoyable on its own or paired with your favourite red wine or dark beer. 

USEFUL INFORMATION:

• Nestled in the heart of the Duarte province in the Dominican Republic, you will find Oko-Caribe. They are a gem amongst cacao suppliers for their expert fermentation and quality control.
• Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture
• The pouch is made from compostable material and printed with soy ink
• Vegan, Soy Free
